Awareness Reminder App is an easy way to discipline your mind to put your conscious awareness on what you want to create in your life. Focusing on where you put your awareness can create more possibilities and dramatically improve your life. This is a skill that you can develop. This app that makes it easy to integrate this practice into your daily life by setting a reminder at regular intervals.
Choose a phrase or question from the menu or type in your own, including emojis. When choosing your phrase, the secret to success is to affirm the desired circumstance as if you already have it, rather than using language like “I wish” or “I want”. For example, “I am at peace with myself and the whole world.” Or “I give thanks for my perfect health.”

PLEASE, can you update this app. It the most important app to me and unfortunately, it crashes everytime I open the app. If possible, can you please update it. It is fine the way it is - it just that it crashes the moment I open it
